Remote Neurofeedback Training

Train from home, anywhere in the UK, with loaned professional-grade equipment and live expert support

How Remote Training Works

1

QEEG Brain Map

Visit our Kensington, London office for a QEEG recording (or send data from a local EEG provider). Dr. Hill reviews your brain map and designs a personalised training protocol.

2

Equipment Arrives

We ship a professional-grade neurofeedback system to your door. The kit includes everything you need: amplifier, electrode cap, gel, and software access. Full setup instructions and a guided onboarding session are included.

3

Train at Home

You train 2–4 times per week in sessions of about 30 minutes. The software runs your personalised protocol and provides real-time audio/visual feedback as your brain learns.

4

Live Support

Your Brain Coach checks in weekly to review session data, answer questions, and adjust as needed. You’re never training alone.

5

Re-Map & Track Progress

At intervals during your program (typically every 2 months), you return for a follow-up QEEG. Dr. Hill compares the data to your baseline so you can see measurable change.

6

Return Equipment

At the end of your program, ship the equipment back using the prepaid label. No kit to buy, no equipment to store.

Why Train from Home?

More Sessions, Faster Results

No commute means you can train more frequently. Higher session frequency accelerates progress.

Train in Your Environment

Training at home means your brain learns to perform better in the environment where you actually live and work.

UK-Wide Access

Whether you're in Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, or a rural village, you get the same expert-led training as someone in London.

Common Questions

What equipment do I need for remote neurofeedback?

Nothing—we provide everything. A professional-grade neurofeedback system is loaned for the duration of your program and shipped to your door. You just need a computer or tablet and a stable internet connection.

How often do I need to train?

Most protocols call for 2–4 sessions per week, each about 30 minutes. Consistency matters more than marathon sessions.

Do I still need to come to London?

QEEG brain mapping requires an in-person visit to our Kensington office (or a compatible recording from a local EEG provider). All neurofeedback training sessions happen at home.

What happens if I have technical issues?

Your Brain Coach is available for troubleshooting throughout your program. Most issues are resolved quickly via video call.
